Note: LMXFORGE does not process any transactions directly through this website. All product sales are conducted exclusively through our authorized third-party stores: Lemon Squeezy (lmxforge.lemonsqueezy.com) and Gumroad (lmxforge.gumroad.com). This website serves as an informational platform only.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our store and deliver your purchased products.
- Purchase Information: name, email address, billing details (processed securely by Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, depending on your chosen store).
- Technical Information: basic analytics such as device type, browser, and general usage patterns.
- Voluntary Information: messages you send through our contact form or email.
- Product Waitlist Information: the email address you enter on a product page if you ask to be notified when that product launches.
We do not collect engineering data, project files, or any information contained in your use of our tools. Our free calculators run in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to or stored on our servers.
Calculator result links and printouts
Some calculators offer a “Copy result link” button. The link contains the values you entered, encoded in the web address itself (after the “#” symbol), which your browser does not send to our servers. The encoding is not encryption: anyone who has the link, and any email, chat, or other service you paste it into, can read those values. Please do not put confidential project information, including free-text descriptions, into a calculator if you intend to share its link. The “Print / Save as PDF” button uses your browser’s own print function; the resulting file is created on your device.

3. Sales Platforms & Payment Processing
LMXFORGE does not sell products directly through this website. All purchases are made through the following authorized third-party stores:
- Lemon Squeezy: acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions processed through lmxforge.lemonsqueezy.com. Lemon Squeezy is the authorized reseller and legal seller responsible for payment processing, sales tax, invoicing, and refunds. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.
- Gumroad: acts as the payment processor for transactions processed through lmxforge.gumroad.com. Please refer to Gumroad's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.
We receive your name and email address from these platforms solely to confirm and deliver your purchased product. We do not store or have access to your full payment or billing details. If we add further sales platforms in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We may use basic analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website. These tools may use cookies to collect anonymous usage data. No personal or sensitive information is tracked.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except when required to:
- Process your order (via Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, depending on your chosen store)
- Receive and deliver the messages and waitlist sign-ups you submit through our forms (via our form provider, Formspree, which processes the submission on our behalf; see Formspree’s Privacy Policy)
- Comply with legal, tax, or regulatory requirements
We use waitlist email addresses only to tell you about the product you signed up for, and we will remove your address on request (see “Your Rights” below).
